We are seeking a dynamic and professional Creative Supervisor who will work in both the workshop and showroom to add to our current offer, by bringing additional creative disciplines to the team and therefore additional learning and up-skilling opportunities; widening our appeal to those in need.
Duties will be varied, often fast-paced and requiring a dynamic, responsive approach. The ideal candidate will be qualified to Foundation Degree level in art or design and possess a passion for creativity and working with their hands. They will have personal values that closely align with those of our organisation and therefore any experience in the voluntary sector would be of great value. Experience of coaching, mentoring or teaching, no matter how informal will be an additional asset.
Flexible working is essential.
